Dirums offers a curated selection of high-quality, handmade artisanal products crafted by skilled Indian artisans. While we promote Indian art and artisans, we also create exclusive designs in collaboration with artisans.

2. Purchasing on Dirums

How can I buy artwork or handmade products?

You can browse our collection, select a product, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Once the payment is completed, your order is placed, and you will receive a confirmation.

Can I negotiate the price of an artwork or product?

Some products may have a ‘Make an Offer’ option, allowing you to negotiate the price with the seller. If available, this option will be displayed on the product page.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, WhatsApp, or SMS to track your order status.

3. Ordering & Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
  • Custom-made or personalized products cannot be canceled once production begins.
  • Bulk or wholesale orders may have different cancellation policies; contact support for details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide.
  • International shipping costs, duties, and taxes are applicable as per the destination country’s regulations and must be paid by the customer.
  • Estimated delivery time varies based on location:
    • Domestic orders: 4-7 business days
    • International orders: 10-20 business days (subject to customs clearance)
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, WhatsApp, or SMS.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer a no-questions-asked return policy within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging.
  • If a product is non-returnable, it will be clearly mentioned in the product return policy at the time of purchase.
  • Customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video to support claims for defective or damaged products.
  • Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable.
  • Currently, international orders are non-returnable due to high shipping costs and customs clearance restrictions.
  • If an incorrect or damaged item is received, please contact customer support within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Refund & Exchange Options

  • Customers can choose between:
    • Exchange for another product of the same value (subject to availability)
    • Refund options:
      • Dirums Wallet (store credit for future purchases)
      • Original payment mode (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.)
      • Direct bank transfer (as applicable)
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product.

    • UPI & Net Banking
    • Digital Wallets
    • COD (Cash on Delivery) – Available for select locations in India

8. Product Quality & Authenticity

  • All Dirums products are handmade and unique, meaning slight variations in color, texture, or design are normal.
  • Handmade products may have minor imperfections, adding to their authenticity.
  • Dirums also manufactures exclusive handmade products by collaborating with artisans.
  • Authenticity Certificates (COA) are available for original artworks.
  • Paintings are shipped unframed unless mentioned otherwise.

  • We offer bulk orders and corporate gifting with customization.
  • Special discounts and packaging options are available for large orders.

10. Gift Wrapping & Personalized Messages

  • Gift-wrapping services are available on select products.
  • Customers can include a personalized message with their gift.
  • Gift wrapping and custom messages are subject to availability and may add extra time to shipment.
  • These options can be selected at checkout or requested post-purchase.
